If your company isn't Verified and you aren't able to open a Nook wallet, read this article to find out what to do.
Head to Company > Verification > Company Structure. You will see a screen that looks like the below.
If you look at the section inside the red box, this will let you know how much of the company is explained and verified. The description underneath will tell you how much of the company needs to be verified before it will be considered Verified and have the ability to open a Nook wallet.
What do I need to do?
1. Check to see that we have identified the structure of the company correctly (who the directors and UBOs are). If something looks incorrect to you, please contact us through the chat button or at support@nook.io.
2. If you haven't invited the relevant individuals to verify, please add their emails to do so.
3. If invites have been sent, it may be the case that:
- We are waiting for the directors or UBO to complete their verification checks. Please check in with them to request that they carry out the checks.
- We are waiting for the directors or UBOs to upload some additional documentation. They can do this by heading to Company > Verification > Company Structure and then finding their name and clicking the 'upload' button. Note the upload button is only visible once initial checks have been done and is for additional documentation only.
If it looks like everything has been completed and you aren't sure why the company isn't Verified and able to open a wallet, then please contact us through the support chat or email us at support@nook.io.
