This article shows you where to find what you are looking for on Nook.
Nook Dashboard
This is your Nook dashboard, a bit like your home page. When you first start up with Nook it will tell you where you are with onboarding and then after will be the place you can come to see a summary of:
Payables Due: The amount you have due across all the invoices you have on Nook or synced with Nook
Scheduled Payments: Any payments you have scheduled
Actions: Here you will find a list of actions that you are required to do e.g. approve some invoices.
Accounts: The accounts you have on Nook including your open banking connected accounts and wallets.
Navigation Panel
In the navigation panel, you will find:
Add New: Click this to quickly upload a document or create an invoice, credit note or purchase order manually (a ''Payable'')
Notifications: Here, you will find notifications such as if a payment has failed, or if there is an update we need to let you know about. Please check these to help avoid any issues when making payments.
Dashboard: Click this to go back to the dashboard.
Payables: This is where you will spend most of your time and this contains the following tabs:
- Drafts
- Purchase Orders
- Reviews
- Approvals - if you use approvals this is where you can find what's pending
- Payments
- Payment Runs
- All - this is the best place to look if you want to search for a particular Payable
Accounts: Click here to see all the Nook wallets you have, your connections to open banking and the place where you can add new wallets and deposit funds to your wallets.
Contacts: Click here to see all your contacts and manage your supplier details. You can also enable supplier remittance in here.
Payroll: This is where you can manage your payroll runs and see your employee contacts.
Company: This is where you will find all the tabs relating to your company settings and set-up and contains the following:
- Settings
- Products
- Verification
- Integrations
- Billing
- Team Members
- Approval Rules
- Groups
Support: Click support to request a feature on Nook or talk to the team about an issue you are having. You can also always check out our extensive knowledge base here for guidance or to troubleshoot an issue you are having.
Profile: Click here to see your details, the companies you are a part of and to sign out.
